The Project Involvement

Kidaflow implemented a complete CRM automation and lead management system built around Pipedrive as the central hub. The system unified all lead sources—website forms, phone calls via CallRail, and ads from Facebook to Google My Business—into one automated flow.

Lead Capture & Integration

Every lead now automatically creates a deal in Pipedrive with proper source attribution. CallRail enables precise tracking, ensuring Bins4less knows exactly which marketing channel drives each dollar of ROI.

Automation & Workflow

We built intelligent lead routing that assigns deals to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) using round-robin distribution. Automated task assignments and duplicate detection logic ensure that CSRs focus on the right leads without administrative overhead.

Reactivation & Follow-Up

We migrated historical data from CurbWaste and built reactivation sequences through MailerLite. Automated SMS sequences (2-hour, 1-day, 3-day templates) ensure high touch-point frequency for quotes without manual effort.
